Q: What is your refund policy? A: If you need to cancel we ask that you give us 24 hours advanced notice prior to your pickup day to receive a full refund. Changes can be made at any point. Q: Where do I pick up my equipment? A: When we confirm your order we will indicate the nearest rental location. Q: Can I exchange my skis if I don't like them? A: Yes. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with our product and service. Q: If we arrive early, can we pick up our skis the day before? A: Absolutely, you may pick up anytime after 3 pm and there is no charge for that day's rental. (After 4pm for our Heavenly Sports locations.) If you have asked for a specific model, they may not be available until the following day. Q: Can I pick up my skis at one location and drop them off at another? A: Yes, at any of our locations in Colorado, except Steamboat. Q: What if I have my own boots? A: Simply choose the package you would like to reserve and indicate in the comments which skier has their own boots. We will then adjust the price accordingly on your confirmation. Q: Do you have larger sized ski and snowboard boots? A: We carry ski boots up to size 16 and snowboard boots up to size 15. Surprisingly, they rent out quite often, so be sure to reserve in advance! Q: Can I exchange my ski rental for a snowboard? A: Certainly, you may switch from ski to snowboard or snowboard to ski. There may be a price adjustment. Q: What ski length should I rent? A: Simply leave that blank and our technicians will suggest a length based on your ski ability, height and weight. Q: Can you deliver my equipment to my hotel? A: No, to serve you properly, we need to have you come to the shop. Q: What if I return my skis early? A: You will be refunded for the unused days. Returns must be made prior to 9 am to receive credit for that day. Q: Do you carry the new parabolic skis? A: Yes, we carry only shaped skis in our Sport, Performance and Demo packages. Q: Do you rent helmets? A: Yes, most of our stores rent helmets for juniors and adults but carry a limited supply. Unfortunately, we are unable to take advance reservations for them. Q: We want to take a day off in the middle, how do I reserve this? A: Renting the equipment is like renting a car. If you do not use them for a day, you will have to pay for them unless you return them for that day. Therefore, you will need to make 2 separate reservations. For resorts offering a 3+ day discount, that discount will only be available for rentals of 3 or more consecutive days. Q: Can I reserve a specific ski? A: We do not reserve specific ski models in our regular reservation process. We do guarantee that you will receive a ski in the category you reserved or you will be upgraded at no extra charge. Q: Do your stores have ski clothing available for rent? A: No, but we are a full service retail outlet that carries everything you need from jackets to hand warmers. Q: How do I get the Free Junior Rentals? A: SkiRentals.com offers free junior rentals with each paying adult rental. Free junior rentals are, however, limited to certain resorts and may be restricted by date of rental. Additionally, we limit the number of free juniors per reservation to 2. You can also click on help when choosing a location for this information, or feel free to email or call us. Q: When should I make my reservation? A: As soon as possible. It is not uncommon for reservations to be turned off during peak periods and there is a 24 hour window. Q: Do you have a boot only rental? A: Boot only rentals are available from our stores on a first come, first serve basis but unfortunately we cannot make a reservation. If the shop has boots available they generally run between $15-$25/day. To rent ski boots the shop will need to perform a function test on your bindings that will cost approximately $30.
